Postage Costs & Delivery Times

All Australian orders over AU$130 qualify for free standard shipping! Simply select the option at checkout when your order meets the threshold. Happy shopping with us!

For other orders, our postage costs are as follows:

• Standard Australian Shipping AU $11

• Express Australian Shipping AU $15

• Standard International Shipping AU $20

• Express International Shipping AU $30

Please note: the delivery charge does not cover any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties imposed by customs in the destination country.

We anticipate that Domestic Australian orders will arrive within 3-10 days after leaving our warehouse. International orders typically range from 7-21 days. Please note, delivery times may vary during Christmas and Sale periods. For inquiries about shipping and delivery, please reach out to info@chilliswimwear.com.

Once your order is placed and fully paid for, it will be dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving your order. All our orders are sent via Australia Post.

After leaving our warehouse, your parcel is under the care of Australia Post and their delivery partners. In case of non-delivery (including Safe Drop issues), customers should initiate any investigations directly with Australia Post.

Local Pick up (Sunshine Coast)

If you are on the Sunshine Coast and would like to pick up your order please email us at info@chilliswimwear.com once you have placed your order and we will provide you with the pick up address.
