Refund policy

Our 15-day return policy allows you to submit a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

The costs to return items are incurred by the customer. We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel. We will not be held liable for any merchandise lost in transit and recommend all returns are sent via Registered Mail.

A refund or replacement of the items will be processed once the merchandise has been received and quality checked.

Returned goods may be subject to a re-stocking fee to cover shipping costs, merchant fees and handling fees.

Please note:

  • Discounted and Sale items cannot be returned for any reason, all purchases are final.
  • Include your original packing slip OR a note with your name and order number. This helps us identify your return; without it, we won't know who sent the items back.
  • Once we receive your return, the refund process may take up to 5 days for funds to be transferred to the original card used for the purchase.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.
  • If you received free shipping by spending over AU$130 and return an item for a refund that then brings your order total to under AU$130, an AU$11 standard or $15 express shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains/odours.
  • Tags and hygiene liners must be attached and intact - you must try on swimmers over underwear.
  • If above requirements are not met, store credit/refund will not be issued.
  • We do not accept returns of swimwear that has been printed on (team logos, etc.).
  • Items with logos or team branding and/or printed names cannot be returned/exchanged. No exceptions.
  • Any orders that come back to us marked Return to Sender will be refunded and items will not be reshipped.

When opening your parcel, please take extra care with scissors to avoid damaging the swimwear. We are unable to accept returns on swimwear that has been damaged during the opening of the package.
